PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK PNB BSBDA account debit card chargable or Not

kindly please anyone who is using PNB BSBDA account for atleast 2 years above ,
can reply me whether the RUPAY CLASSIC DEBIT CARD which comes with BSBDA account is chargable or not for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE charges??

why I am asking bcz in charges sheet of PNB BSBDA it is mentioned as chargable ( https://www.pnbindia.in/bsbda.html ) ( SEE SCREENSOT)
but as per RBI Guidelines BSBDA RUPAY CLASSIC should not be charged and no other banks are charging too



but wanted to have clarity on that so please share your views, if you are said user kindly mention that You are using the same product,
IF possible the product code of BSBDA In PNB

bro that is classic variant only bro with PMJDY logo printed on it, you are also correct bro bcz
this card is free when the debit card BIN no matches with NPCI GOVERNMENT SCHEME rupay card BIN No , banks can change picture but they have to print logo on the card.


but PNB bank auto sends debit card, i want to know whether they are actually charging or not
