no lucks , you can call customer care and ask them to convert your card to LTF , if your spends and repayment are good , they will convert to some other card for LTF.
Since this is a cobranded card , very rarely they convert PVR paid to LTF.
Try your luck , if this is more important , "if your spends and repayment are good" .
