Query about rent payment/society maint. pay options on RedGiraffe

I have a Freecharge Plus Axis Credit card. Does RedGiraffe allow one of these payment options for rent -

1. Axis Bank Credit cards (heard not allowed, is that still the case as of now ?)

2. Freecharge payment portal in option for UPI payment mode (is there a payment gateway like Paytm/ Razorpay/Freecharge or enter upi id/scan qr code ?)

3. Freecharge wallet option

Was looking to use the 5% cashback that Axis Freecharge card allows on spends through Freecharge, but I guess either RedGiraffe doesn't allow Axis credit cards or has pretty high charges (Rs199/transaction) through UPI, where I could have used the card thru Freecharge payment gateway/wallet, if anyone can tell about the options present there.
Was using Redgiraffe as it has low charges for credit cards + 5% Redgiraffe Cashpoints could have been used for some voucher redemption, otherwise will have to use Freecharge app's rent payment option with 1.2% processing fee & possibly 5% cashback (thru Axis Freecharge cc), so effective cashback 3.8%
Also, if anyone has their RedGiraffe referral code, do share here or DM, beneficial for both parties. Thanks!

3. FreeCharge card offers 1% or 5% randomly when you use like this on any merchant.

Are you getting 5% consequently?

I get sometimes 1% or sometimes 5%.
 
Actually, I'll be getting my 1st statement next month, so currently it's all fluke 😄
I read on other threads that someone paid thru Freecharge payment gateway (thru Free Plus cc) like on Myntra etc, they get 5% sometimes, so just trying my luck, how it turns out.. Do you have any experience using this card for rent/ society maintenance on RedGiraffe ?

No, never tried on rent.

No never complaint about it.

Might complain.
 
Can we pay the entire rent amount from Payzapp wallet balance, if the wallet has more money than the rent being paid?

Can anyone confirm if this is still working?
I am asking this since I found the cc bill payment through wallet was patched. Not sure if this rent thing is still working or is patched as well...

Rent payment thrugh Payzapp Wallet is still working, i paid yesterday only.

so if rent is 17500, in which RG charges 81 INR thereby total rent : 17581 needs to be paid via payzapp, on which payzapp will add extra 0.46% right? ie. 17581*.46%= 80; hence total amount paid = 17661 INR.

Hence loss = 17661-17500= 161 INR, is my calculation correct?

If you are paying thorugh Payzapp wallet, there will be no extra charges apart from the RG charges of 81. So the total amount which will be debited from wallet is 17581 INR.

did a test transaction of 100 INR by loading into payzapp wallet if 1% CB will be credited, however nil CB was received. So rent payment via CC is more or less no more a viable option.
 
bill generation date : 2nd April. Did test transaction of 100 INR on 2nd April however strangely no statement got generated this month. Paid 100 INR on 4th April. I find statement being mailed from HDFC on 3rd of each month.

Reward points : 0.
