Query against Hdfc Bank relationship manager

I have recently upgraded to classic from standard banking. Now I have been assigned with a relationship manager.
But he turns out to be the home branch manager itself.I have few questions regarding this;

1. Does relationship managers has the Power to make any card ltf just like Hdfc grievance team( if there is good profile ,good spending etc)

2. Can they help to increase credit limit enhancement?

3.Can I shift to virtual RM from my physical RM?

4. If yes ,what's the process.

1. Yes they can raise a request to convert any card to LTF
2. Can't say but if he is a jugadu RM he can.

Then I have to change my RM.
I have told him,Hdfc bank was providing Swiggy card ltf to many.
Also I have spent close to 90k ,so based on this please convert it to ltf.
Then I have received a call from the branch,but they have no idea about ltf convertion

i have seen someone's post who raised his request via RM and successfully converted his card to LTF

Yeah, he seems to be a typical bank employee, doesn't have any clue about these. Ironically he is the branch manager of my home branch.

I have to change the RM,I need virtual RM. Do you have any idea how to change it?
