I was just going through my reward earned statement on Federal Rewards. Noticed that a travel booking transaction on yatra.com of 12166 earned me only 81 points Imperio, like other Federal cards has a 3-2-1 reward structure and travel is supposed to give you 1 point for every hundred. So why is it that the points are not credited? I should have got 121 points? Is there something I am missing? Anyone has had similar experiences?
