HDFC Credit Cards Query on Tata neu

My Tata neu account has restricted for earning neu coins from last 1 year. After that I applied TATA neu infinity HDFC credit card. Now I want to make an insurance premium via tata neu account through TATA Neu infinity credit card but I'm confused that will I get the neu coins or should I use my wife tata neu account along with my Tata neu credit card. Please suggest if anyone faced the similar issues.
