Query regarding Axis Priority Savings account

The Maintenance charges of Axis Priority Account are Zero ;what does that exactly mean? does it mean there is no minimum account balance effectively ie-no penalty on keeping 0 balance any time?

Depends upon the account variant as there is a normal Priority and Salaried one.

If you have a Salaried account then Yes 0 Balance

I have recently opened Axis Priority Savings Account. I already have a relationship with Axis as I have Axis credit cards with me.

How can I access my Axis Priority Savings Account details in Axis Mobile App? I have received the welcome letter and my Customer ID is also generated. Can someone help me guide how I can look at my Account Balance in mobile app? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I had the same issue. I was using axis bank ONE app only for credit cards. After getting Priority Salary Account, I cleared app data and re login again using debit card details. All are synced now.
