Query Regarding Kotak Credit Card EMI Cancellation

I recently bought an appliance from Croma using a Kotak credit card on EMI.

After receiving the product, I decided to cancel the EMI within 3 days. The bank asked me to clear the outstanding amount within 24 hours.

However, the bill for the transaction hasn’t been generated yet. The next bill is scheduled to generate on 20th February.

My concern is:

What happens if I don’t pay the outstanding amount before the bill is generated?

Will Kotak impose any charges for delaying this payment?


If anyone has faced a similar situation or knows how this works, your insights would be appreciated.
