query relating to a payment

I have to make a payment of 1600$ to CFA Institute they accept payment via credit cards, my credit Limit is 25k of my HDFC card , so how can I make this payment should i pay 140000 to my card in advance , secondly can I use niyo global debit card (i donot have niyo global credit card and i can not do a fd of such huge amount just for one payment ) for this as it will not attract forex markup which HDFC bank card will.
Any solutions to this would help a lot I have Axis Bank and SBI credit card too with limit of 15 and 76 thousand repectively.

You can't add that money to your credit card and make the Payment. The card works only till the max limit of 25k.
