[QUERY] Two cibil account after MC to Rupay conversation

Hi,

I recently converted by hdfc moneyback plus mastercard to rupay. Now it's showing two accounts in my cibil report. One is showing payment history upto February. New one is only showing March payment history.

Is it normal to show two accounts?. Or should i contact cibil or hdfc to only show one with all history.?

It'll take some time for everything to get updated on CIBIL, so wait patiently.

Even for me also same,
I got converted my kotak league visa to rupay in February. After convertion, it is showing two entries in CIBIL
