There is a question, if a person lives in a village and does the same work, the salary is 15000 and he has his own house in the village, then can such a person get a loan in the city, if he wants to buy a house in the city? Can that person take a loan in the city by showing the salary slip of the village company?

As you are a salaried individual, then you can be eligible to get a housing loan up to 60x of your net monthly income as a rule of thumb. So, if your net monthly salary is Rs. 15,000, you can get a home loan up to approximately Rs. 9,00,000.

Rate of interest for such loan depends up on your credit history and score.
