Random CIBIL enquiry by BoB out of nowhere

Recently, I refreshed my CIBIL report and found BoB enquiry. I already hold a BoB CC and have not applied for any other card from BoB.

Also, the enquiry was by the name of BoB instead of BoB Financial/BoB Card so who do I need to reach out to?
