RBI guidelines/ Hdfc not accepting to adjust refund

Hi , I have also got many refunds and reverse transactions from merchants on my sbi card , idfc indusind and yes cards , after the billing date but never experience such thing with bank, they automatically adjust which ever credit amount is deposited into the card .

but I do not have hdfc card, so there might be differences between banks.

if you’re not satisfied with the resolution, you can just proceed with rbi regarding this .
