RBI Ombudsman Complaint Against Axis for screwing up reward points (Any possible compensation?)

As we all know Axis rewards portal had an issue during January of this year. where all the reward point transactions were reversed.

Now they credited back around 11th of March. I noticed not all the reversed points were credited back. I am fighting with axis since end of August on emails. They are stating those points are incorrectly credited but eligible transactions reversed back

They are asking me to go to the statements and highlight the transactions to them and closing the requests no matter how many times I raise them.

now I have noted down the transactions and for sure they owe me ~1k edge points. Once proper resolution is done.

is there any clause I can use to get compensation for all these delays and followups?
 
RBI will not entertain complaints about reward points and that too only 1000 reward points
They do entertain. In my case, I was not able to redeem edge rewards for transfer partners as they were not getting into M4B bucket automatically(Points earned by other cards). So I raise RBI complaint, then they transferred manually.
