RBL 2nd Credit Card Not Showing in MyCard App

Previously I had RBL Paisa bazaar Duet Credit Card. Last week I applied for RBL Shoprite Rupay credit card which is approved and I can link the card with UPI as well but the card is not yet visible in RBL MyCard application. Can anyone confirm if the card will be auto fetched in sometime or do I need to mail the customer care.

It should take up to 24 hours after approval to get virtual card fetched in app.
