Hey everyone is anyone having travel easy or value plus credit card from RBL as I have seen its benefits and I am quite impressed so wanna know about it in detail like is the, cashback credit in reward points or statement cash and what are the conditions for fuel surcharge wavier if anyone is having then share in detail.

Had travel easy card. Closed it in 6 month . Don't take it or any other BFL card. These guys are scammers.

ah so they mean 400 point and one point is worth of only 20 paise, but they have mentioned 10% cashback on fuel what about that can u elaborate

Thats what I tried to understand from their customer care . In 2 months of our back and forth conversation , I finally came to realisation that THEY ARE COMPLETELY HOPELESS AND BEYOND REDEMPTION.

Today I confirmed to upgrade existing card to travel easy

I have asked them to confirm on this cashback

She confirmed it is direct statement credit

Are you sure? The value is 0.20Rs per cashback point?

If yes, i will not activate the card thereby staying away from it
