RBL bank Digital Savings Account - account opening fee 5k?

Opened RBL banks Digital Savings Account and paid 5000 while opening the account. The account was opened however the 5000 that I spent during the account opening does not appear in the account balance. Any idea if they charge 5000 for account opening? Tried contacting their customer support but it's pathetic so also asking here

Let me know whether u got ur a/c number

Also there was a Saturday Sunday also
Take 7 working days into consideration
Mine was opened on 10th day

Why would they charge you for account opening, it is your money which will appear in your savings account

Its not refund.. its your money that you added to your account as initial funding

I have changed my mobile number in rbl savings account by visiting Branch. Mobile number changed after 7 days on Tuesday. I am getting otp and other alerts but i am not able to add rbl account to upi. Error shows no account found. Its been two days since number is updated in system. Anyone having past experience in changing mobile number in savings account please enlighten.

Is there any other debit card ( free) that's worth it and has good features ?

I was considering opening the 5k MAB account but after the devaluation I don't see any other benefit.
