Can someone confirm, whether using RBL BMS card for purchasing Park+ Vouchers are considered as Valid Milestone?

Also, Suggest some other ways to achieve 5k Per month.

Even 5k also need planning then you have to look for alternatives. There are some cards that provide BoGo on 'district' app now, which are relatively easier compared to BMS cards but even for BMS, IDFC has new cards that are easy to get so that you don't have to worry evey month.

Moreover its 5% only which are easy to get with one of below cards:
