Offer Fulfilled! RBL CC Application (Information Mismatch)

Hi ,
I have recently applied for RBL IOCL extra card while applying. I have selected my occupation as salaried And enter company details , but when doing V KYC it’s showing I am self-employed, and I am unable to change my occupation to salaried .
What should I do?
Should I leave my application right now and apply after sometime?
Else should I call the customer care? Are there any possibilities they would change it?

Go ahead and complete v-kyc. They don't ask or verify employment/income proof.

Since this appl has already triggered enquiry, no benefit in leaving abandoned.

i have called them , but they are saying its not reflected in there system , and i have not received any call from kyc department (i have not done the vkyc process ).

I have completed the application with mismatch in details . And submitted the application on Friday . And then completed my VKYC. After an hour or two, I have received a mail stating that your application is processed in the credit card is approved.

Guys, have a confusion. RBL have messed the fuel surcharge feature of this cc.

Check page 3 of Product Terms & Conditions pdf received in mail.
Where it says 1% fuel surcharge on trxn between ₹500-₹4000.


Now, Check page 1 of product features pdf
Where it says 1% fuel surcharge on trxn between ₹400-₹5000.


Now which one is correct? Do we need to file RTI to get info😜
