RBL Chargeback (Dispute) process?

Hi,

I wanted to understand chargeback process in RBL Bank credit cards. Can anyone who have used the facility share their experience.
Also, I wanted to ask one thing that I had paid to university in US a non-refundable enrollment deposit. Is it possible to get refund through chargeback/ dispute process.

I did not wait for chargeback,

Before the , end of credit card annual fee, I placed card closure request through customer care by call. And they the rbl team contacted me, I told them to make my card ltf , but they refused and offered me 3000 reward point + one year fee waiver ( no charge for next year) . I continued .
