RBL reported me to collection agency for bill paid on time

Paid bill on 8th dec via paytm. Showing as Pending visa payment in rbl app.
Just received the call from rbl bank i told them about payment already made.
And just now recd this sms.
Are they too scared. Or it's a tactic.
They ignore all the RBI guidelines.
Why harass customer when 3 days past due date is not over yet.
I guess this is it for me. Gonna close that sham rbl card now.

Yeah surprised be their tactics. Can't even sync with systems properly.
All gamut lies on customer.
Brought this card due to zomato.
Never considered rbl card ever due to it's funny name.
Taken all screenshots so if they ruin my credit report like the guy in other thread the I am ready to report to RBI.

you are worried about credit report?! collection agents (vasooli bhai) will cause you much more trouble.

Well I already paid whole amount a day before so it will reflect in account so nothing to worry I guess.

Don't worry, nowadays most of banks transfer data on the billing date to collection department,
they won't bother you as You have paid the bill.
