RBL Shoprite application was declined without any enquiry.

I applied for the RBL Shoprite card via Paytm on 19th Nov. I got a message on Truecaller stating that RBL is unable provide a card as "we are unable to verify some details on the application". Today is the 25th (6 days later) and I still haven't had a CIBIL hit. When I look at the application status it is still processing and not rejected. Any idea what's happening here?

They may call you and start upselling that you can get world safary card or any other card (but with charge)...
Anyway, service of RBL is unpredictable...
Hence, nobody can tell what will happen next i.e what they will do
