* RBL ShopRite: Offers 5% cashback on grocery purchases.
* Roarbank: Offers 2.5% cashback when the grocery category is selected.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
* Set up a Merchant Account: Create a PhonePe Merchant account in the name of a family member, ensuring the business category is set to "Grocery Store."
* Make the Payment: Use your RBL or Roarbank card to pay the Merchant account via the RuPay UPI feature. This triggers the grocery-specific cashback.
* Settlement: Transfer the funds from the PhonePe Merchant account back to your bank account.
* Avoid Fees: Keep individual transactions at or below ₹2,000 to ensure no merchant MDR charges or fees are applied.
Key Reminders
* Ensure the merchant category code (MCC) is correctly identified as "Grocery" for the rewards to post.
