RBL Shoprite Unknown transactions/charges

Was going through the unbilled transactions of my RBL Shoprite Rupay CC and found two unknown transactions/charges.

M22****z3Yzezh - 250

M22…....******* -- 40

Does anybody have any idea about these Debit transactions? Both Merchant name starts with M22..
There are no SMS/Email notifications regarding these transactions.

The CC Executive was unable to solve the issue since transaction details are not fetched in the system according to him.

Will call them again and mail as well if required.

There was another similar transaction of rs 40 . So total 330 was debited in this cycle and I didn't even check old statements. Have to verify those as well.

U need to rectify this as early as possible, if needed replace card but first find out where did this transaction happened through support.

The same thing happened to me: multiple transactions occurred on my ShopRite card in USD since international transactions were disabled on my cards, so they were declined. I immediately called the bank, and they checked and said there was nothing to worry about. Someone had done trial and error with random card details, and your card was affected, but the transactions were not processed, so no money was debited. I asked, 'Are you serious? Give me a new card; I don’t want to pay any replacement fee. It’s on you.' Then I received a new card without a fee.
