Investing in Real Estate is a bad idea IMO.

You must have your own house to live, and that's not an Investment.

Otherwise rental yield is very low, hardly 3-4%.

Prices are unpredictable, liquidity is super low, selling can be very hard at points.

It's a good choice for the people with black money actually 😂 coz that's the only sector where it works.
