Millennia Reapplying HDFC Millennia CC LTF after closing HDFC TataNeu plus CC - Pre-approved Offer Trick

I closed my LTF HDFC TataNeu Plus Credit Card 1.49L more than 6 months ago for applying fresh HDFC Core Credit Card. TataNeu cc is delinked from TataNeu app. There is option showing in hdfc credit card portal to apply fresh HDFC credit cards like freedom cc ltf from cc portal or xpressway but it is asking for all details, not pre-approved. Now I want to apply Core HDFC Credit Card like Millennia Credit Card LTF by pre-approved offer.
So should I maintain 1.5-2 L in savings account for pre-approved LTF CC offer again?
How to get pre-approved ltf cc offer now?
Anyone faced similar situation and won against HDFC stupid policy?
