Check once in "Shop Offers" section, maybe the voucher/code is reflected there.

payzapp -> shop -> any voucher -> menu -> check my vouchers or discounts & offers in that gyftr page. might be there..
or try to purchase dummy voucher like 'lifestyle' go to payment page and see if code pop-up there.

Tried that already for apay Shp vc

Nothing asking for full amount

specifically mentioned try with 'lifestyle' voucher (in other words other than default amzn, fk vouchers). You do not need to purchase this voucher, just go until payment page to see whether it appears or not.

Because vouchers or discounts sometimes do not work in amzn or fk vouchers.

If your voucher is legit, it is in the Payzapp app itself. I will share the steps to redeem tomorrow. But for that, I need to see the offer.. do you have a screenshot of the original offer for which you have received the voucher?
