Yes, it is genuine. I too received Rs. 200 voucher, but for no reason or spending, as I rarely use Axis cards now.

Axis Bank has sent me 200 GV as a token of gratitude on Neo CC. I only use it for 2 Zomato orders in a month. Those who do not review their emails regularly can check; I have included a screenshot with the subject.
