Received approval message but application ID says rejected

Hi,

I recieved approval email yesterday and also contacted axis cc for the same as application ID was not updated. Today morning I checked it and it shows declined on 9th of Dec. I have not applied on December. last time it got declined so I strictly waited for 6 months to apply again and received all the messages as well. I'm attaching screenshot for better understanding. anyone has faced this issue? is this a bug in axis tracker? What should I do now?

This is a bug in Axis Tracker. I experienced a similar issue where my card was showing as declined in the Axis Tracker, but later received an email confirming its approval. If you have received an SMS or an email confirming that your card has been approved, it will be delivered to the address.

Brother dont trust axis cc tracker its useless it shows out of date data this is my personal experience i applied for axis magnus on 22jan and physical verification and tele verification was done by 24 and and i received declined decision by 29 but cc tracker was showing application received. So on 8 feb i applied again same physical and tele verification was done next say i received approval email and sms on 14 i can see my card in my axis application and on cc tracker it showed my card was declined again so dont u worry dont trust cc tracker just check ur app u will be able to see ur card there
