Received call regarding ICICI Sapphiro Credit Card LTF Upgrade

I am holding LTF ICICI Coral Credit Card. Today I received call from number starting from +9122..., she claimed that she is calling from ICICI and told me that bank is offering me free upgrade to LTF ICICI Sapphiro Credit Card. I asked her to share the details on email, but she told me that she does not have access to do that. She suggested me that either she can tell the features on phone or I can check it on iMobile or website. She told me that She only need my name and address in order to proceed further. I asked her to call me again tomorrow because I need time to check the features.
I checked my iMobile and also I contacted ICICI customer care after that, but I could not find this pre-approved offer there. What do you suggest, should I provide my details to her when I receive call again tomorrow? or This can be fraud call? Does ICICI bank provides such offers only on phone? Can I trust them?
 
I got a final mail from ICICI regarding the same as:

We write with reference to your complaint N2025904729473737 addressed to The Office of RBI , Ombudsman, with regard to the concerns raised pertaining to your Credit Card 6528 XXXX XXXX 1234

• We understand from your compliant that, your concerns are related to LF ( Life Time Free card) coral card.

Bank response :

On receipt of your complaint, we have verified our records and wish to inform you that ICICI Bank Coral RuPay Credit Card bearing card no. 6528 XXXX XXXX 1234 was issued to you on December 10, 2024 which was changeable card( with no joining fee).

We would like to confirm that; we had issued you the ICICI Bank Coral RuPay Credit Card with no fee. Would like to confirm that, on the date you are claiming to have received a call. No call was made to you from our side. However, no mis-selling happened with you.

Further would like to inform you that, as per the current eligibility criteria, we regret to accede to your request for the issuance of lifetime free ICICI Bank HPCL Super Saver Rupay Credit Card. However, we can issue you fee based ICICI Bank HPCL Super Saver Rupay Credit Card, which is subject to necessary checks.

We submit that our inability to offer you the ICICI Bank HPCL Super Saver Rupay Credit Card does not in any way reflect on your credit worthiness.

We have referred the case details to our Internal Ombudsman of the Bank (Appointed on the directive of Reserve Bank of India to look into the complaints), who has examined the case and expressed that the reply being given by the Bank's internal grievance mechanism is in order.

We hope that the above information clarifies and addresses your concerns related to the complaint

They are mixing with another concern. What to do next??? They may reject the compensation of 5k also. They are telling no call was made from their end as I already sent the call recordings with them.

take it its fine. i remember a post some guy onecard got close at first onecard offered same 5k something he escalated 6-7 month in the end he settled in 5k.
so dont waste brain and time in this take it .
