Recently received ICICI Emeralde Private Metal card

Hey Everyone, Just wanted to share that I recently received ICICI Emeralde Private Metal credit card. Whole process took little less than 2 weeks for me (From talking to the bank till card delivery) and was super smooth.
Rough Timeline:
- They asked me for salary slips and last 3 months statement for salary account.
- Took about a week to get some approvals.
- Once it was approved, then they applied for card on icici website. Asked me to send an email from official mail confirming employment.
- Card got approved on iLoan Tracker in 2-3 days, visible in iMobile app.
- Card got delivered 1-2 days after approval.

Can you pls help with the RM details, I also meet all the criterias and have significant past relationship TRV, my current salary account is with ICICI but my request for EPM is repeatedly getting rejected.
Would be super thankful if I can get some lead or edge ?

Can you dm your rm details? I fulfill the criteria but i dont have any rm assigned to my account and email route for this doesnt work with icici like it does with hdfc so i could really use a rm for this.

Is EPM card has any annual charges or free

After necessary approvals etc., my application for EPM card was completed after going through all the steps you have mentioned, with all the documentation on 14.08.2025, similar to yours. It has been showing as "Pending for Documentation" till today (17.08.2025) in iLens. However, today evening, my RM has intimated that the final approval has been obtained today, and an e-mail containing the application will be sent to me tomorrow as a final step.

Is it the correct process and whether my EPM card has actually been approved? And if yes, when can I expect to see the digital card in ICICI app?
 
Apply For LTF Scepia Credit Card
In the ilens the 'sanction' stage should be complete for the card to be approved. After that, the card would be despatched in a couple of days.
