Amazonpay Fasttag bought from Amazon in Feb and Mar were not linked to Apay balance. Please refer the thread below.

Bank account transfer is not possible. There is no wallet UPI. But you can use it to buy fuel on HPCL pumps

I was also planning to close it. Just gave a final try to recharge with apay balance and it worked😁

There are 2-3 methods.

But the best is to scan HP Pay QR code via HP Pay app. Fastag will come as one of the option of payment. Pay via that and also earn HP reward points

By the way, you can also recharge this fastag via Axis Airtel form Airtel thanks app and get 10% cashback upto 250 per month

tried this today multiple times....did not get otp even after trying multiple times...fasttag balance was shown, but no luck with the payment.

unrelated suggestion: Why do you still have plat travel then? close it and get a new travel card after 90 days.
