Redgiraffe payments not going through via payzapp

Hi, I am trying to pay my Redgiraffe bill using my AU card on Payzapp but card is not getting added even added cards aren't showing to make payment .Anyone else facing the issue. Any workaround possible?

I'm facing the same issue with Axis Atlas card. Not sure why or any way to resolve.
Would be great if anyone can help

I could make the payment yesterday, on my HDFC Millennia. The transaction was shown as pending for a short while though I had immediately received the debit message from the bank. Eventually received the success message from Payzap and the payment was credited to the crediter account by the next day as usual.

Using hdfc cards can be done via hdfc billpay, issue is with other bank cards.

Have you already paid this much amount in the past months also or is this the first time

Try tomorrow or in couple of days. Payzap can be bugy sometimes

Paid same amount on 1st June. it went fine.

Payzapp debit limit from wallets is 1L per month. Try on 1st July. It should work

It is the limit set by HDFC bank in the back end. This is the screenshot I had taken some time back. It is mentioned somewhere in TF threads also

Now that payzapp wallet load is not free and direct redgiraffe is tagged as rental, is there any alternative for redgiraffe? Or, we should forget the 0.46% charges and move on with higher charges.

I tried sbi unipay, but it is saying online validation not allowed. Canara billpay doesn't have redgiraffe. Slice billpay is allowing only UPI. Anything else?

REDGIRRAFFE asks for Tenant PAN. Have anyone noticed if the rent tenant is paying also shows up in AIS statement for Rent Paid ?
