Refund and Emi query

I recently returned an item to Amazon that was purchased on EMI. The EMI conversion was processed two days ago, and the refund is on its way. Should I contact customer care to cancel the EMI, or will it be canceled automatically?

The bank involved is ICICI.

For future reference, I would appreciate any insights you can provide about handling such situations with other banks

You will have to contact them, when refund appears in your account/statement.

You need to contact bank's cx care for emi cancellation.
