Refund issue with IndusInd Megastar Savings Account

Hi I wanted to open IndusInd megastar savings account, so I followed the application process in the mobile application and funded it with 50000 INR on 8th Feb

Money got debited but the app dint recognised it and still asking me to fund the account. So I Mailed the IndusInd customer care regarding refund of my funds. They initiated the refund on 11th Feb and ive got Razorpay refund mail as well.

Its 19th Feb today and im still awaiting for funds. IndusInd customer care via call is non existent. So how to approach now?

They initiated the refund on 11th Feb and ive got Razorpay refund mail as well.

now you have to follow-up with razorpay only. the bank did their job & initiated the refund from their end. now it's razorpay's responsibility.

Thanks for the reply. It says refunded at the top but also says currently in the process of being refunded(at the bottom). Any idea? It's been 7 working days :-(

1) log a cal lwith razor pay as well with payment id and refind id..
2) at the end of your ss, it is asking you "facing issues with this payment? " - follow the prompts....
