Refund not received

I had done a transaction of 25,000 on Croma but idk why transaction got cancelled and money also debited from my account.

Transaction done on 7/Jan

Through SBI debit card

Confirmed with Croma they have initiated the refund instantly (as the process is automatic) & provided me with Bank reference no. which is of 24 digits

Called SBi cc they said me to visit home branch but my home branch is far away from my home so requested them to Raise a complaint online after forcing they tried to raise the complaint but told me that bank ref. no is of 12 digits only & cannot proceed, as a result no complaint is being raised.

E-mailed the branch & head office's AGM yesterday but no reply.

No one pickup the call in branch.

It takes upto 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. And now, we have holidays. Exclude holidays for better tracking.

5 working days passed & 6 if today is not a bank holiday

Today also I have not received the refund the razorpay had shared the arn & refund id & after that I raised chargeback.

But the problem here is that I need to pay cc bill through that money what to do ?

Is there any way to get my money back quickly 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭
