No,

Use Goodscore (all banks cc bill pay) or axis app for axis cc bill pay, you can also use ebixcash if you want.

Open a new account and upgrade DC to EDC
RBL issues only 1 card per account holder per account

Other option, add joint holder to existing account and upgrade their DC to EDC

Nope RBL go debit card can't be upgraded.

I tried opening the same URL that came in last month message, and voila... after login I see the points available for redemption (RBL SPDC)!
Go ahead, and check yours!

I paid bill using Vodafone , I blocked card for last 2 months and reissued. Checked with earlier link to 0 milestone points.
