Hi Team,

Whenever I send a query from the mail id linked to icici cards they are asking me to send from my registered email.

When I reply that I m sending from registered mail id they send a reply with registered mail id with one alphabet extra

How to update mail id?

I have only credit cards. No SB account.

Last month, I updated my email via IMobile app. Login, Cards, Select any CC, Manage Card, Update Email, Choose Home/Work/Permanent and update.

Update will be applied in across all ICICI credit cards.
