Regalia to Infinia upgrade | Got upgraded

I have a Regalia LTF card that I want to upgrade to Infinia. The credit limit on the Regalia card is around 15 lakhs. Since I already fulfill the credit limit criterion, I plan to spend 10+ lakhs in 6 months.

My questions:

• Are school fees and jewellery spends considered for the 10+ lakhs criterion?
• Will I get base rewards for school fees and jewellery spends?

Update (20/07): Sent an upgrade request to Chennai. It was rejected citing internal criteria. Exploring options to escalate now.

Update (22/07): Got the card approved. Card in reflecting in the app.

I got millennia since 2+ yrs upgraded from regalia first in MC network. Limit is 1.68L only Got LE at the same time from 1L.

I suppose the next card would be RG ? What is the spend rule to get RG kindly.

Grievance has replied they won't cosndier any exception for limit criteria which they increased to 10L in July start (my limit is 9.5L). PNO hasn't replied but no hope. Feels hopeless to chase after infinia at this point.
