Regarding axis card on call

I have taken myzone card by calling customer care on call the customer care said you will get the same limit on existing card my Axis airtel card limit is 93k and i got only 15k on myzone, i.e, chargable.
If anyone have faced the same please comment, I have taken on call only bcoz of higher limit and still they gave me 15k 🤬.

They will assign max CL as a shared limit across all the cards, this will happen in few days.

Also, MyZone was being offered as LTF, you can negotiate with CCare to get it converted mentioning the current offer for LTF is ON in MyZone

yes, i have talked to cc and they said we can't do anything in limit so i asked them to convert it to ltf otherwise i will escalate i have recording of call that cust care said to me while applying.
