Regarding cibil hit if I upgrade my card manually by sending email to HDFC officer

I mailed HDFC officer to convert paytm HDFC to money back plus and he agreed and provided me upgraded form and told to fill form and revert back to same mail i received so my query is will there be any cibil hit by this way

Depends on which type of upgrade you opt.

1. If you upgrade without closing, same limit on both cards. No cibil impact ** little cibil score may increase.
2. If you upgrade card via closing present card. Cibil will be lowered for close old ac.
