Regarding HDFC Mariott Bonvoy Card

I just got my HDFC Mariott Bonvoy card. In the card it is mentioned that I get 1 Night Free Upto 15000 points. I am looking for a property around 20000 points. Can I book using this?? I am ok to pay for balance or I am restricted to book property under 15000 only.

You can book any property that will cost upto 30k points, or points + cash. They allow redemption of this 1 free night credit for any property that is valued till 30k points - not above that. If it is cash + points, then it does not matter.
