regarding monthly spend milestone for DCB

dcb gives vouchers upon completing 80k spends in a calendar month (not billing cycle).

1. if i make a 10k transaction on 30 nov (lets say on amazon) and cancel the order on 1st december (or return the product). amazon will refund the money to me. so will this be 10k counted towards monthly spend milestone for november?

2. if i make a 10k txn on amazon on 20 nov, and the same process - cancelling/returning happens, amazon refuds the 10 k on 25th nov, then will this spend be counted towards 80k milestone?

I think if u do 30th November transaction, it will count in December spends (based on settlement date).

If anything is reversed, that is deducted from that month, not from transaction month. So, if u do transaction on 25th November and reversed in December, it will count as full amount in November and -ve full amount in December.

You can track progress on current month by going to hdfc mobile app -> cards -> redeem reward points -> spends promo section.
