Yes it makes sense..
5% cashback when DC is used for more than 1000 rupees although lots of MCC which dont give cashback.
And annual fee free Premier CC just joining fee needs to be paid.

Is there a hack to get HSBC premier salary account if your company doesn't have tie up with HSBC? I believe not but still checking. 🙂

In one of the post someone mentioned that he was given an option to get organization onboarded and he was given option to get premier without meeting salary criteria..
So you can explore that option as well . 😜😜

For me,HSBC premier CC makes more sense. I dont have monthly spends of more than 1 lac/ month. I occassionally travel. Yearly also I dont have spends of 2-3 lacs in any months. So M4B doesn't make sense for me. I tried Axis Atlas, but they declined my application.
So for me if I have to choose, I will only go with HSBC premier CC.

For you, think which suits you better. Do a rough yealy spend analysis, if M4B gives better return go with it.

Hi @sambit87, Adding 2 cents. Be aware that HSBC process is a little slow, and their turnaround time for fulfilling many offers or cashbacks etc is 90 days.
So keep that in mind when moving to HSBC. Also, another difference from other banks is that their ATM PIN etc is 6 digit and not normal 4 digit.
Their mobile app was slow, unresponsive, not so smooth to use etc. when I had an account with them, not sure if it has changed now.
Many people say their travel portal is not working, etc. Not so consistent feedback across.
Rewardwise, HSBC seems to be the best than others right now. I am also in a dilemma as to decide which salary account to choose for the longer term.

I am trying to open HSBC premier salary account and RM is providing Non EBS account as my organization has no tie up with HSBC. With Non EBS, I wont be getting 5% cashback with debit card. Is it true that without corporate tie up I wont be getting EBS benefits?
