Regarding raising a complaint against swiggy instamart

Is there any portal to complain swiggy as they delivered me 2kg of atta today and it expires in dec 4

When I reached customer support they said they can't do anything since item is not expired but I cannot spend the atta in 2kgs

So want to know if there is any platform like ombudsmen of rbi to raise complaint
 
Generally, you can RETURN such a product by not accepting it or immediately within a couple of hours and ask for refund.

I got refund like that for a bottle of pickle - which expires in a week's time. They just gave me my money and also, they did not take back the about-to-expire-product.

Yeah I worked with customer Care. First level person did not accept for refund or replacement but escalated to next level person and got refund
 
You can mark it as short expiry and get refund - I have done it before bread and dosa batter with 1 day expiry earlier.

In my experience, Swiggy is better than Zepto and Blinkit in this regard.
