Regarding zero balance/maq/mqb savings account

Hi everyone,
I would like to open zero /maq/mqb savings account as a secondary account and also have debit card facility with best benefits which is for free or low charge but must provide offers on most things. Like cashback and value by providing reward points. And having ok IT infrastructure is also fine if they provide best benefits

2nd best is icici digital but it is initial funding of 95k
Or u can open any small finance bank

Bank of Baroda lite account has no balance requirement. But if you take the Rupay Platinum debit card, then a minimum QAB between ₹1K to ₹3K need to be maintained. This card is excellent for the utility bill payment through Amazon on Fridays.
