Registration Error on Kiwi App

Today, I attempted to create an account on the Kiwi app. However, during the registration process, I encountered an error stating that my information did not match government records. This is despite the fact that all the details I entered were accurate, and I registered using the mobile number linked to my Aadhaar. Unfortunately, Kiwi's customer support has been unable to provide any assistance. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue.

And the problem is it's just stuck on this page, now I will have to delete it and start a new application. So much hassle

I am facing similar problem too. Tried applying for Kiwi CC, after filling all details it showed fetching my details from government records and then it got stuck on the below page (screenshot). I even tried uninstall and re-install the app in my phone even in my wife's phone but of no help.
Wherever I log in with my phone number, it shows the same exact page.

They ask me to wait for 6 months , so I'm waiting

I too had same issue. Every time app was opened it went on like this. And after sometime got rejected. If you have Yes Bank cc, it will rejected.

I hope they reject.
I dont have any existing YES CC though.
I really dont want to go ahead with this CC anymore.

Did cibil enquiry sms/email got triggered for you on this case?

After almost how many days you get to know your application was rejected? Post that did the app open successfully?
