Hi,

I have been using the ICICI Coral credit card for a number of years and currently has 12000 plus reward points in my account. I had been redeeming the points for amazon vouchers in previous years but today I find that Amazon voucher is no longer an option for my reward redemption. Is this standard removal for all ICICI Coral CC users?

Thanks.

Does coral card gives reward points on wallet transaction and count towards milestone?
I checked their website they dint mentioned about wallet load.

The Amazon voucher appears to be out of stock. I searched for the emerald private, emerald, and saphirro vouchers, but they are not available.

I hope thats true because the rewards cannot be used for bill adjustment and the available options they give are close to useless.

Icici card itself has worst rewards n redemption seems more worse

Yes, its poor. Im just keeping it because its my oldest credit card with my longest credit history.

I have never used wallet transactions but as far as I know you accumulate the reward points on all transactions except fuel and the rewards do not expire.

Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Shopping vouchers and Flipkart gift cards are all unavailable or out of stock. Only Amazon Prime Voucher is available. It is not specific to any ICICI Bank card variant. I tried using multiple ICICI cards, including Emerald. I'm unsure if they are out of stock or if ICICI is removing them.

UPDATE: The Amazon Gift card/Vouchers are back in stock as reward points redemption option. I guess they restocked it. I redeemed a voucher of Rs. 3000 a couple of days ago.

Open your ICICI imobile app. click 'statement' option on your credit card graphic. Then click 'latest bill' option which will bring up the page showing your credit limit. In that page, the reward points you currently have will be shown along with a 'redeem now' option. click 'redeem now' and go to the search bar and type in 'amazon' which will auto show the vouchers available. If not, you can also redeem the points by claiming the products available on the page. Hope that helps.

Are there any redemption charges? And validity of points is 2 years, right ?

It’s saying it’s rs 99 plus gst for redemption, need to check that on my next bill. Previously reward points never expired. But lately the site is now showing a validity of 3 years possibly due to some recent devaluation.
