Rent and utility payment advice

Hi,

Have the following monthly business payments coming up:
Rent: 1.5 L
Electricity: 2 L

Any advice on how to maximise the benefits?
Currently have the Axis Magnus and HDFC Regalia cards? Should I get any other card or will these work?
I would prefer not getting a new cards as I find managing them a bit of a hassle.

Rent: 1.5L -> pay via Magnus in 3-4 transaction below 50k.
Electricity -> buy amazon gv from gift edge or amazon and pay using amazon.
or
get an SBI Cashback card and pay electricity bill via amazon gv purchase at 7% off
