Rent payment options after PZ BoB devaluation

Hi all, I have been paying rent using RG + PayZapp + Bob Eterna, however, this option has been devalued. I have many premium credit cards and also reward based debit cards. Is there any good option still available? I couldn't find any good option on the forums, someone mentioned Magnus Burgundy but it requires burgundy account!

The benefits of paying rent via CC beyond the CC rewards are: credit period = 0.5% value + 1-2% CC bill payment rewards.

There are so many discussions scattered everywhere about this topic, but no concrete answer.
[Disclaimer]: This is only for legitimate cases, genuine people looking for genuine rent payment.

Here you go:

1. Register your rent payment in RedGirraffe with valid docs (agreement) and owner details.
2. Once approved, register the RG ID in HDFC's own bill pay portal.
3. Pay using your HDFC CC.
4. RG will charge 0.39%+GST. Lowest in market.
5. HDFC won't charge anything as paid from their own platform like Bill pay. Obviously, you won't get any reward point though.
6. Pay the credit card bill when times...

I used this option to pay via DCB to meet quarter milestones, but then moved to PZ+BoB once the rent payment was excluded from milestones and rewards on HDFC.

Are you sure HDFC won't charge 1% on HDFC CC if paid via HDFC Bill Pay?

Are you sure HDFC won't charge 1% on HDFC CC if paid via HDFC Bill Pay?

Could you share the notice or url where it shows that 'rent excluded for milestone'? AFAIK milestone includes all spends except default like EMI, Cash Withdrawsl etc.

At least it did not charge me last couple of times (after I discovered this lately). But you never know if they change it anytime soon. Don't blame me 😛
